Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Techno Pride India Softwares, we strive to deliver the best IT solutions. Since our work involves customized software development, digital services, and technical operations, our refund rules are defined carefully to maintain fairness for both parties.

1. Project Advance Payment

All projects start only after receiving the advance payment. Advance payments are non-refundable because the team and resources are immediately allocated.

2. Cancellation Conditions

You may request cancellation, but refunds depend on work progress:

  • βœ” If no work is started β†’ partial refund (after deduction of resource allocation cost)
  • βœ” If designing or development is already started β†’ no refund
  • βœ” If project is completed or delivered β†’ no refund
  • βœ” Delay due to client’s late response β†’ no refund

3. Software, Apps & Digital Products

All software, apps, websites, and digital products developed for clients are **customized and non-returnable**, hence refund is not available after development begins.

4. Subscription or Maintenance Services

  • βœ” Monthly/Yearly maintenance charges are non-refundable once paid.
  • βœ” Hosting, domain, SSL, email services are non-refundable.
  • βœ” Third-party services follow their own refund policies.

5. Project Delay Refund Policy

Refunds are not applicable if delay happens due to:

  • βœ– Client not providing content on time
  • βœ– Client late approvals
  • βœ– Third-party services (hosting, API, server issues)
  • βœ– Scope change or new requirements

6. How to Request Cancellation

Refund approval (if applicable) takes 7–10 working days after reviewing the project progress.

7. Final Decision

All refund and cancellation decisions are made by the Techno Pride India Softwares management team, and their decision will be final.
